  • How can I make an appointment for a PING club fitting?

PING.com Orders

  • How can I check on the status of my PING.com online order?

    Online order statuses can be viewed in the Order History section within your PING Account. You can also reference the provided tracking code once your order has shipped. For further assistance, please contact a PING customer service agent at 1-800-474-6434 or email customercare-us@ping.com

  • When can I expect my PING.com order to be delivered?

    For orders placed on PING.com, please follow the timetable below:

    • For standard FedEx Ground shipments, please allow 4-7 business days after your order has been processed.

    • For FedEx 2-Day shipments, please allow 2 business days after your order has been processed.

    Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders can take 3-5 business days to process (varying based on order volume) before shipping at our distribution center. Please allow an additional 5-7 days to process golf bag and custom-built golf club orders. For all PING x Hideoki products, please refer to individual product pages for shipping details & timeline.

  • What payment methods does PING accept?

    We accept all VISA, MasterCard, Discovery and American Express credit cards, PayPal and Apple Pay.

  • How can I setup a return for my PING.com order?

    We’re sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product. Purchases made via 3rd party Authorized retailers cannot be returned to PING directly. You can return your order placed from ping.com within 30 days of the order placement date, for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Unless it is determined to be a manufacturing error by PING, custom-built golf clubs require a 20% restocking fee and must be returned in original condition. Eligible custom-built clubs will be refunded 80% of purchase price plus tax. Ballnamic Gift Vouchers are non-refundable. All other products are eligible for a full refund on the value of the product plus taxes. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  All refunds will be made on the original form of payment. Product must be in new, unused, unaltered condition, with labels and tags attached. Please contact a PING customer service agent at 1(800)474-6434 or email us at customercare-us@ping.com to obtain your PING return authorization number and receive further instructions.

  • What am I taxed on my purchase?

    State Sales tax is calculated in accordance with the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.  All applied taxes will be refunded if items are returned, excluding tax applied to shipping and handling charges.  We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges in most states.

  • What is my shipping charge?

    Flat rate FedEx Ground: $4.95; Orders $99+ ship FedEx Ground for FREE
    Flat rate FedEx 2-Day: $24.95
    Bag up-charge: $10 per bag

    Bags are not eligible for 2-Day shipping.

    PING suggests a signature required delivery for any order over $500, free of charge. Orders under $500 can select a signature required delivery, a $5.00 surcharge will be added.

  • Where do you ship?

    Standard FedEx Ground and FedEx 2-Day shipping is available to all 50 States (including APO/FPO military addresses).
    Orders shipping to HI and AK will be shipped via FedEx 2-day.
    All orders with a APO/FPO shipping address will be shipped via USPS.

  • Can I buy direct from PING?

    Yes. At this time PING offers bags, accessories and apparel available to purchase online. Check out ping.com/shop to view PING product.

  • How do I find an authorized PING fitter near me?

    Visit Find a Fitter to find your nearest fitter location. To purchase PING bags and accessories online, visit Ping.com for the full product assortment.

  • How do I redeem a PING gift certificate?
    Please follow the directions attached to your PING Gift Certificate. Original certificates (no copies) along with your specs can be sent to:

PING Authorized Retailer Orders

  • How can I check on the status of my PING Retailer order?

    Per PING policy, we are required to verify permission with the PING Authorized Retailer where the purchase was made to disclose any PING order information. To provide an update, we will need either a PING order number or Purchase Order number (PO) to reference. This information is used by PING and our retailers exclusively, and upon receiving this order information we will be able to verify consent to discuss updates to your retailer order.   • When can I expect my PING Retailer order to be delivered?

    During these times of increased demand across the golf industry, we are experiencing longer than normal lead times on our products due to global material and supply chain delays. We are working closely with our vendors and suppliers to ensure we are providing the most accurate lead times on all products. To receive an estimated delivery date, please contact the PING Authorized Retailer where the purchase was made. Please note that all lead times are estimates and are subject to change without notice.

Military Rebates

  • Does PING offer a military rebate?

    Yes, PING honors the service of our active-duty members and retirees by offering a military rebate program. Military rebate forms can be found at the PING authorized retailer from which your clubs were purchased.

  • Can you mail me a military rebate form?

    Military rebate forms are only available via a PING Authorized Retailer and cannot be sent out directly to you. To receive your mail-in rebate form, please present your current military ID to an authorized PING Retailer in the United States at the time of purchase. If your retailer does not have any rebate forms available, please contact our team by phone at 1-800-474-6434 or email us and we will send additional military rebate forms to the Retailer.

  • Can you please provide the status of my military rebate?

    Thank you for your recent purchase of PING golf clubs. The status of your military rebate can be checked by visiting www.rapid-rebates.com or by contacting (800) 619-4703.

Club Repair

  • How can I setup my PING clubs for repair?

    To setup a PING repair order, please select one of the following options:

    • Visit your local PING Authorized Retailer to set up a repair order. To find your closest PING Authorized Retailer, please visit Retailers and Fitters.

    • Fill out the PING Club Repair Form. Please fill out all sections that are applicable to your repair and select “submit” at the bottom of the page. The PING Consumer Relations Department will setup the repair, send you the repair order number, and provide you with instruction to send your club(s) to PING.

    • Call the PING Consumer Relations Department at 1-800-474-6434 to setup a repair order.

  • What is the address to the Repair Lobby?

  • What are your Repair Lobby hours at PING Headquarters?

    The Repair Lobby is open to the public on weekdays from 7:00AM-4:00PM MST. The Repair Lobby is closed on weekends and select holidays throughout the year.

  • What types of repairs can be done?

    The most common repair requests we receive are:

    • Loft and Lie Adjustments
    • Shortening/Lengthening Shafts
    • Reshaft
    • Regrip

  • What should I do if I think there is a defect with my product?

    At PING, we stand behind the workmanship and the materials involved in the manufacturing and production of our equipment and accessories. Our current policies protect your purchase from defect and are evaluated on an as needed basis. If you have any questions regarding our policies that protect your PING investment please feel free to call (800) 474-6434 and we would be happy to discuss your situation and provide the options that may be available.

Charity Program

  • What is PING's charity program?

    Due to the large number of requests that PING receives, we do not make pure donations. Instead, we offer certain products at a special price to qualified charitable organizations. All requests need to be submitted to PING at least 60 days prior to your event. Please include the following information with your request:

    1. The date and location of the event.
    2. The person(s) or organization benefitting from the proceeds.
    3. The items that the event would like to purchase from PING.
    4. How these items will be used.
    5. If the organization is exempt from paying state sales and use tax, we must have a copy of the state tax / use tax exemption certificate and the charitable organization’s ID number.
    6. An event flyer.

    You can submit your request by completing our Contact Us form, or by sending mail to Tournament Operations, PING, P. O. Box 82000, Phoenix, Arizona 85071-2000. If you submit the request using the contact form, please be sure to provide the required information in the message area. You may be required to provide your event flyer to the Tournament Operations coordinator.

    Please note that submission of a request does not guarantee that the opportunity to purchase product directly from PING will be approved. PING reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to approve or deny any requests.
